Do I need to be home during the clean?
Not at all. Most clients give us a code or hide a key. We lock up when we leave and send you the photo proof, so you see the result before you walk in.
Do you bring your own supplies?
Yes — we bring everything: vacuum, mop, microfiber cloths, and cleaning products. If you'd rather we use yours (a specific scent, pet-safe brand, etc.), just tell us. Happy to.
What's included in a standard clean?
Dust all surfaces, vacuum & mop, kitchen counters & sink, stovetop & appliance exteriors, bathrooms fully sanitized, mirrors & glass, beds made & tidied, trash emptied, switches & handles wiped, and a final photo check before we leave. Same checklist every visit, so nothing gets skipped.
How does payment work?
Zelle or cash on the day of service — keeps things simple while we're growing. You'll get a digital receipt after every visit for your records. Recurring clients can set a standing arrangement.
What if I'm not 100% happy?
Tell us within 24 hours and we'll come back to fix the spot at no charge — that's the satisfaction guarantee. We'd rather make it right than have an unhappy neighbor.
