Hours are total cleaner time: two of us working 2 hours is 4 hours, or $200. We text you before a job goes past its estimate.

Regulars get a set price after a couple of visits, based on your home's usual time. A home cleaned every week or two takes less time, so regular visits cost less.

Add-ons like inside the oven or fridge, interior windows, or laundry just add time. Payment is half the estimate to book and the rest when we're done, by Zelle or cash.

Do I need to be home during the clean?

Not at all. Most clients give us a code or hide a key. We lock up when we leave and send you the photo proof, so you see the result before you walk in.

Do you bring your own supplies?

Yes — we bring everything: vacuum, mop, microfiber cloths, and cleaning products. If you'd rather we use yours (a specific scent, pet-safe brand, etc.), just tell us. Happy to.

What's included in a standard clean?

Dust all surfaces, vacuum & mop, kitchen counters & sink, stovetop & appliance exteriors, bathrooms fully sanitized, mirrors & glass, beds made & tidied, trash emptied, switches & handles wiped, and a final photo check before we leave. Same checklist every visit, so nothing gets skipped.

How is pricing set?

We charge $50 per cleaner, per hour, and supplies are included. Our estimates show about how long your home takes. The walkthrough sets your estimate before we start, and we text you before a job goes past it. There's a $100 minimum.

How does payment work?

Half the estimate to book, and the rest when we're done, by Zelle or cash. You'll get a digital receipt after every visit for your records. Regulars pay a set price each visit.

What if I'm not 100% happy?

Tell us within 24 hours and we'll come back to fix the spot at no charge — that's the satisfaction guarantee. We'd rather make it right than have an unhappy neighbor.
